Inside Noyo: Breaking down barriers for women in tech

Our Women in Tech employee resource group (ERG) is an integral part of our community vision. Hear from co-founders Bridget Simpson and Eleni Hatzidis on why ERGs are so valuable for Noyo and our employees.

At Noyo, the majority of the Operations team is made up of women, which I have found to be exciting and empowering. I’ve worked in tech for a couple of years and have seen the benefits of having a Women in Tech employee resource group. It offers a space for women in technology roles to learn from each other and create a community. Before Noyo, I taught middle school and later earned a Master’s degree in theology at the University of Oxford.
