Trionfo Solutions leverages Noyo’s BenefitsOS platform to expand carrier connectivity and enhance the enrollment experience.

Trionfo delivers a single platform to manage every aspect of employee benefits—including enrollment, billing, commission payments, and more. In recent years, Trionfo has expanded its focus to address the needs of small-group brokers and GAs.

Today, we’re excited to announce that Trionfo is integrating Noyo’s BenefitsOS platform to expand carrier connectivity and enhance the enrollment experience. Through this partnership, Trionfo can connect carriers even faster and bring advanced behind-the-scenes capabilities including AI-powered plan configuration, automatic error detection, and round-trip confirmation of member changes.

“We chose to work with Noyo because of how fast we could get up and running with carrier connections,” said Chris. “The partnership also gives us near real-time visibility into enrollment transactions—without relying on flat files or delayed error reports. That drives even greater efficiency and improves turnaround times for clients.”

One of the key challenges in expanding any ben-admin platform is managing carrier integrations, and Trionfo is no exception.

“There are so many carriers in the market, and trying to build and maintain connections with each one can be daunting and cost-prohibitive,” said Chris.

This creates a classic chicken-before-the-egg dilemma: connecting to carriers requires a critical mass of adoption, but growing that adoption requires having the connections customers need.

At the same time, customers expect a seamless experience. They want transparency and the confidence that ongoing changes—new hires, terminations, QLEs—are successfully processed. Without it, they’re left checking portals, scanning reports, and going back and forth with support.
