A better way to connect groups to UnitedHealthcare
Noyo and UnitedHealthcare are automating group authorization—connecting groups faster without the manual work.

Manual authorization between multiple systems and parties can be a challenge when onboarding groups on to a new carrier connection. We've worked with Unitedhealthcare (UHC) to streamline that process—connecting more groups, faster, and with less effort—directly through Noyo.
The new way
Noyo notifies UHC as soon as a connection request is submitted, eliminating the need for brokers to log into a separate portal. UHC will send the group administrator an authorization form (LOI) via email. Once signed, authorization is complete, and Noyo can begin working on the group’s behalf.
How to enable the improved connection flow
To take advantage of this new process, Noyo needs two pieces of information:
Employer_email_address: This is the email address UHC will use to send the LOI. Without it, the connection cannot proceed.
Federal EIN: Previously optional, the group’s tax ID is now required to use the new flow.
By utilizing UHC’s API technology, Noyo removes the manual steps to connect groups.
