Noyo makes it easy to reconcile data mismatches between ben-admin and carrier systems, however not every mismatch needs the same level of attention. Noyo now lets ben-admins choose which types of discrepancies to monitor in the app or via API, helping teams focus on issues that are highest priority.

How to configure what your team sees

From the Discrepancies view, users with Admin or Team Member permissions will now see a new Configure button at the top of the page. Opening that menu will show a list of  discrepancy types that can be shown or hidden. For example, frequent but low-priority mismatches—like phone numbers—can be hidden from view.

When you select "hide", this will hide those discrepancies for all Noyo-connected carriers.

Hidden discrepancies remain tracked in the background but won’t appear in the app or the Tracking API until re-enabled. Details about any hidden discrepancies can always be retrieved using a specific ID.

We'll continue to develop ways for ben-admin teams to have greater flexibility and control, so it's easier to customize workflows and prioritize what matters most.
