Intelligent Routing finds the best available path to connect any group to any carrier
Noyo handles the complexity of determining the best way to transmit data to carriers, activating the connection, and routing the data—a unified API experience for every carrier

For every group, Noyo automatically determines the best way to transmit data to carriers in the correct format—even supporting multiple data pathways (EDI, API, other) for the same carrier.
This enables Noyo to support automated connections for more groups and lines of coverage, so ben-admins can say “yes” to more clients, and carriers can offer a simpler way for partners to connect.
For ben-admin platforms
When a group is ready to be connected, Noyo will programmatically determine the best connection method taking each group’s eligibility (group size, geographic region, etc.) into consideration. Our routing logic even adapts and upgrades groups to a carrier’s API without any changes needed in the ben-admin system.
We’re removing the guesswork (and engineering work) in figuring out which connection method to use for each group — providing insight into eligibility at any stage of the group lifecycle. Ben-admins can streamline enrollment and manage more groups and lines of coverage in one place.
For carriers
It can be challenging for ben-admin partners to navigate which groups are eligible for which connection methods, often requiring engineers to develop complex routing solutions. This is one of the reasons they struggle to adopt carrier APIs when they come online.
Noyo enables carriers to offer a unified experience for their ben-admin partners—regardless of connection method. We’ll guide connection setup for each group to ensure they have access to the best available experience. This helps carriers enforce eligibility rules, receive more accurate data, and drive adoption of their technology.
