Blue Shield of California has joined the Noyo Network as a Premier carrier, launching an enrollment API.

This connection introduces a faster, more dependable way to manage Blue Shield groups—backed by Noyo’s highest standard of carrier performance, benefits platforms can now transmit enrollment changes directly to the carrier and receive immediate verification once those updates are processed, ensuring data accuracy, shorter turnaround times, and clear visibility into the status of every transaction

This API also expands automation to a much wider range of employers. Because it operates independently of traditional EDI infrastructure, groups that typically fall below standard size thresholds or miss strict technical requirements can now fully automate their enrollment.

• Eligible groups: Groups <100 employees 

• Supported coverages: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D 

• Launch timing: Early access begins September 2026
