Track EDI data transmissions to carriers with Noyo Feeds
Giving ben-admin ops teams more visibility into how and when data moves between systems

Ben-admins now have an easier way to understand the status of a group’s EDI connection with the carrier, what files have been sent and when, and when files are scheduled to be sent in the future.
Feeds are how Noyo manages connections with carriers that rely on EDI file transmissions. Each feed record defines how files are generated and transmitted for a given connection.
Our system also includes details about individual file transmissions through Feed Runs. Each feed maintains a history of its associated feed runs, providing a complete record of activity over time. Drill into Feed Runs to understand delivery dates, ids, statuses, record counts, and a lot more.

Most groups have a single feed per carrier, but in some cases, a group may have multiple feeds if the carrier requires data to be split—for example, separating dental and vision coverage, or active employees and COBRA participants.
Data about Feeds and Feed Runs is made accessible via API and in the Noyo app.
