New improvements to the Workday Benefits Copilot experience
A clearer, more intuitive benefits enrollment experience on Workday with improved dashboards, issue detection, and detailed tracking of data-transmissions.

We’ve updated the Benefits Copilot App for Workday to give HR teams new insights and more intuitive ways to manage benefits enrollment.
New dashboard surfaces high priority items
Users get at-a-glance insight into upcoming data transmissions, recent employee changes, potential access-to-care issues, and the status of any carrier connections in progress.
Each section links directly to its relevant page with pre-applied filters, making it easy to drill-down into the details.
Benefit: A single starting point for HR teams to understand their organization's overall benefits health.

Clearer visibility into coverage issues
Items requiring attention—such as enrollment errors, missing data, or mismatches between Workday and insurance carrier systems—are now surfaced prominently in both the sidebar and dashboard.
Labels and details are simplified and rewritten in HR‑friendly language to help users quickly understand what needs action.
Benefit: Faster identification and resolution of issues that can affect an employee's coverage.

Detailed view of data transmissions
For data connections that rely on EDI, the updated Feeds view shows a clear record of what enrollment data was sent to each carrier, when it was delivered, and what’s scheduled next.
Each Feed includes a full timeline of recent activity, making it easy to understand statuses and troubleshoot issues. Read more about Feeds and Feed Runs.
Benefit: Quickly understand how and when employee changes move between Workday and insurance carrier systems.
