Year in review: Noyo's top releases & milestones of 2025

A review of our top releases of the year, highlighting the real-time infrastructure, applied AI, and operational tools that together power the industry's first BenefitsOS.

2025 was about evolving Noyo’s foundation — turning real-time connectivity, AI, and operational tooling into a cohesive operating system for benefits. Each release moved us closer to a modern BenefitsOS that helps ben-admin platforms scale faster, operate more reliably, and manage complexity with less manual work.

Below is a recap of the major releases and milestones we shipped this year.

  1. Introducing BenefitsOS: The foundation for modern benefits software

In this 'In the Noyo Live' fireside chat, leaders from Bennie and SPG shared practical, real-world examples of how they’re using AI to streamline operations, improve decision-making, and better support clients.

  4. Launch Week 2025

    Explore Launch Week →
Launch Week brought multiple product announcements together, showing how case setup, enrollment, auditing and reconciliation, and more, all converge into a unified operating system for benefits.

  5. Dynamic Mapping is here

    Read the release →
Mapping ben-admin data to carrier account structures is one of the thorniest problems in benefits. Dynamic Mapping introduced flexible automation, reducing manual configuration work while preserving accuracy for groups of all sizes and complexity.

  6. Intelligent routing across carrier connections

    Read the release →
Intelligent Routing enables ben-admins to quickly connect new carriers without complex engineering work and eligibility logic. Our system supports multiple points of integration with a given carrier, recommends the best method of connectivity for each group (API, EDI, Other), and activates connections on-demand.

  7. Introducing Noyo Carrier Tiers

    Read the release →
We introduced Carrier Tiers to bring transparency and clarity to the level of performance carriers provide across our network, setting clear expectations and helping ben-admins prioritize the best connections.

  8. Expanded support for more coverage types

    Read the release →
We expanded support across additional lines of coverage (HSA, FSA, HRA, RX) enabling teams to manage more of their benefits portfolio on Noyo.

  9. Track EDI data transmissions with Noyo Feeds

    Read the release →
Noyo Feeds delivers full visibility into EDI transmissions, giving ben-admins a clear, auditable view of what data was sent and scheduled, complete with up-to-date statuses and timelines.

  10. The enhanced Issues experience is now broadly available

    Read the release →
This release introduced a modern approach to data reconciliation, leveraging AI and API automation to standardize how enrollment issues are detected, triaged, and resolved — one consistent workflow for every group and every carrier.

Looking ahead to 2026, we’ll continue the rapid pace — investing deeper in AI, expanding into new parts of the benefits lifecycle, and helping the industry manage data and workflows in sync.

Thanks to our customers and partners for building with us this year. Happy Holidays — we’ll see you in the New Year!
